CDL‑A Reefer Flex Truck Driver

About the role

Marten Transport is hiring CDL‑A reefer flex truck drivers for regional routes. Drivers enjoy high mileage, flexible schedules, and competitive pay while operating modern, late‑model equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a refrigerated (reefer) tractor‑trailer on regional routes.
• Follow 7/7 or 4/4 schedule options and adhere to delivery timelines.
• Maintain equipment, including APUs and automatic transmissions.
• Report any detention, layover, or weather‑related issues for additional pay.

Required profile

• Current CDL‑A license.
• At least 22 years of age.
• Minimum of 6 months recent qualified CDL‑A driving experience.

Required skills

• CDL‑A commercial driving qualification.
