Warehouse Associate - Value Add Team (2nd Shift)

About the role

Allied Wire & Cable (AWC), a GCG Company, is looking for a Warehouse Value Add Associate in Collegeville, PA. The role covers operating a stripping machine, dye machine and ink jet machine, performing quality control and helping with basic inventory tasks. It is a full-time, direct-hire position on the second shift, 1:30 PM to 10 PM Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the stripping machine, dye machine and ink jet machine
• Scan and relocate inventory
• Perform quality control on co-workers' work, checking material, ink, footage, oven temperature, wheel angle and finished product
• Assist with additional duties as needed

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Basic math and computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Able to stand, walk, bend and regularly lift 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation, as the site is not accessible by public transit
• Warehouse or machine operating experience is a plus
