Attorney – Litigation (Fully Remote) – $225k + $25k Bonus

About the role

This fully remote position is for a General Tort Litigation Attorney who will handle complex personal injury, premises liability, auto accidents, product liability, and negligent security matters. The role offers high‑quality tort work, strong mentorship, and early case ownership while allowing you to work from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Manage general tort cases from intake through discovery, depositions, motions, and trial.
• Draft pleadings, discovery demands, motions, and settlement demands.
• Conduct depositions and prepare for mediations and court appearances.
• Analyze liability, damages, and coverage issues and negotiate resolutions.

Required profile

• J.D. degree and active New York bar admission.
• 2–6+ years of tort or civil litigation experience (plaintiff or defense).
• Strong litigation, writing, and client communication skills.
