Attorney – Litigation (Fully Remote) – $225k + $25k Bonus

About the role

We are seeking a General Tort Associate to join our fully remote litigation team. The attorney will handle complex tort matters, including premises liability, auto accidents, products liability, negligent security, and other personal injury cases, while enjoying the flexibility of working from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Manage general tort cases from intake through discovery, depositions, motions, and trial.
• Draft pleadings, discovery demands, motions, and settlement demands.
• Conduct depositions and prepare for mediations and court appearances.
• Analyze liability, damages, and coverage issues while negotiating resolutions.

Required profile

• J.D. degree and active New York bar admission.
• 2–6+ years of tort or civil litigation experience (plaintiff or defense).
• Strong litigation, writing, and client communication skills.
