Associate – Senior-Level Search Support (Boston, Hybrid)

About the role

Our client, a boutique advisory firm, is looking for an Associate to support senior‑level search engagements. Based in Boston with a hybrid work model, you will engage high‑caliber professionals, assess fit with client needs, and help drive multiple searches forward.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain pipelines of senior‑level candidates through targeted outreach and relationship management.
• Conduct in‑depth conversations to evaluate candidates' experience, interest, and alignment with client mandates.
• Partner with internal team members to map target organizations and talent pools.
• Prepare and present candidate profiles and market insights to stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings with candidates and clients throughout the search lifecycle.
• Manage multiple active engagements while ensuring consistent progress and communication.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a relationship‑driven or client‑facing environment.
• Polished professional presence with strong communication skills.
• Ability to build credibility with senior professionals over time.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and judgment when assessing talent.
• Proactive, driven approach with capacity to manage competing priorities.
