Account Representative II – Automotive Refinish (AZ/NV)

About the role

Surventis is seeking an Account Representative II to join its Automotive Refinish team covering Arizona and Nevada. The role is field‑based, providing customers and distribution partners with high‑quality refinish paint solutions and supporting their business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Surventis automotive refinish products and services to collision repair shops across Arizona and Nevada.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regional distribution partners to ensure market coverage.
• Achieve sales targets and expand market share for the automotive refinish portfolio.
• Provide product information, training, and technical support to customers and partners.
• Travel within the assigned territory to meet customers on‑site.

Required profile

• Experience or strong interest in automotive refinish or collision repair sales.
• Ability to work independently in a field‑based environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout Arizona and Nevada.
