Warehouse Coordinator – Logistics & Inventory Management

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator supports daily logistics and transportation operations, ensuring timely movement of materials and accurate inventory records. Working closely with warehouse, production, shipping, receiving, and external carriers, the role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments with carriers.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and transportation documentation.
• Update inventory in SAP and perform cycle‑count activities.
• Track deliveries and inventory movements to ensure on‑time completion.
• Communicate shipment status with drivers, carriers, warehouse staff, and internal teams.
• Enter and maintain data in SAP, ERP systems, spreadsheets, and transportation logs.
• Prepare bills of lading, packing slips, and other logistics paperwork.
• Support warehouse operations with administrative tasks and reporting.
• Monitor transportation schedules and escalate delays.
• Assist with audit records, compliance, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma (minimum qualification).
