ITAM Receiving and Delivery Support – Hourly

About the role

This temporary, hourly position supports the IT Asset Management (ITAM) function by handling receiving and delivery activities on the University of Arkansas campus. The role is day‑shift, fixed‑term and is open to current university staff, student employees, or graduate assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming IT equipment and supplies, verify quantities and condition.
• Log assets into the university’s tracking system and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare items for internal delivery or external shipment, ensuring proper packaging and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with periodic inventory audits and reconcile any variances.

Required profile

• Current University of Arkansas employee, student employee, or graduate assistant.
• Ability to work the designated day shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with staff and vendors.
