Warehouse Associate – Receiving & Replenishment

About the role

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations both on‑site and off the airport premises. You will handle receiving, shipping, stock replenishment, and assist sales teams with planograms and promotions while ensuring a safe, organized environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound shipments, unload trucks, pull and pack orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory through receiving, cycle counts, product returns and transfers using handheld devices.
• Deliver stock to various locations, pull reports, and fill orders to keep merchandise levels optimal.
• Collaborate with store management, vendors and airport staff to ensure compliance with delivery rules.
• Assist sales associates with stock placement, planograms, promotions and occasional store duties such as customer service and register transactions.
• Uphold health & safety standards, keep the warehouse tidy, and report any discrepancies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse, retail or customer‑service experience.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to work with urgency, prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, stand for long periods, climb and bend.
• Willingness to work nights or weekends as needed.
