Warehouse Associate

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join a permanent, full‑time team. The role focuses on handling corrugated cardboard gondolas, ensuring clean and safe work areas, and supporting the efficient flow of materials throughout the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a manual pallet jack to pick up full gondolas and replace them with empty ones in assigned zones.
• Transport and position full corrugated cardboard gondolas to packers or compactors in designated warehouse areas (training provided).
• Keep the surroundings of all gondolas free of debris, trash, and dust.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness around trash container zones to ensure clear transit pathways.
• Maintain clear “Green Mile” walkways at all times for safety.
• Organise and sort drill/packer/compactor areas to preserve order.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as required.

Required profile

• Ability to use a manual pallet jack to lift and move gondolas up to 75 lb.
• Capability to lift, push, pull, and transport items up to 50 lb.
• Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching above head and below waist.
• Endurance to walk continuously throughout the facility and stand for 10‑12 hours per shift.
• Read and interpret safety, operation, and maintenance documents.
