Warehouse Associate – Corrugated Cardboard Recycler

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to work as Corrugated Cardboard Recyclers. This permanent, full‑time position involves handling cardboard gondolas, keeping work areas clean, and supporting the efficient flow of materials across our facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a manual pallet jack to pick up full cardboard gondolas and replace them with empty ones in assigned zones.
• Transport and place full gondolas at packers or compactors in designated warehouse areas (training provided).
• Maintain clear, debris‑free zones around all gondolas and walking pathways.
• Sweep, mop, and dust trash‑container areas to ensure safe transit routes.
• Keep traffic corridors (“Green Mile” walkways) free of obstacles at all times.
• Organize and sort drill/packer/compactor areas to preserve order.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and lift/move gondolas weighing up to 75 lb.
• Capability to lift, push, pull, and transport items up to 50 lb.
• Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching above head and below waist.
• Endurance to walk throughout the facility and stand for up to 10‑12 hours per shift.
