Warehouse Associate – Corrugated Cardboard Recycler

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join its full‑time permanent team. The role focuses on handling corrugated cardboard gondolas, ensuring clean and safe warehouse aisles while supporting the recycling process.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a manual pallet jack to pick up full gondolas and replace them with empty ones in assigned zones.
• Transport full corrugated cardboard gondolas to packers or compactors in designated areas (training provided).
• Keep the area around all gondolas free of debris, trash, and dust.
• Mop, sweep, and maintain cleanliness of trash‑container zones and traffic walkways.
• Maintain order in drill/packer/compactor sections.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as required.

Required profile

• Ability to lift and move gondolas up to 75 lb using a manual pallet jack.
• Capability to lift, push, pull, and transport items up to 50 lb.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching above and below waist level.
• Comfortable walking throughout the facility and standing for 10‑12 hours per shift.
• Ability to read and interpret basic workplace documents and safety standards.
