About the role

We are looking for a Virtual Data Entry Operator to join our operations team from the comfort of your home. This fully remote, full‑time position supports our growing business by maintaining accurate customer and account records across internal systems.

Key responsibilities

• Enter customer, account, and operational data into company databases and management platforms.
• Review submitted information for completeness, correct formatting, and accuracy; flag discrepancies for supervisor review.
• Maintain organized digital records across multiple client accounts and internal databases.
• Meet daily accuracy and productivity targets set by team management.
• Communicate task updates, questions, and completion status via email and messaging tools.
• Handle all data, account records, and customer information with strict confidentiality.
• Assist with document formatting, file management, and general administrative support as needed.
• Participate in brief team check‑ins and training sessions to stay current on processes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction‑free home workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy on high‑volume tasks.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Pass a pre‑employment background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
