About the role
The Data Entry Specialist will ensure accurate entry and management of high‑volume documents and data within our internal systems. This full‑time, onsite position supports quality and compliance by maintaining precise records and supporting the document control process.
Key responsibilities
- Review, organize, and prepare paper and electronic quality documents for digital entry.
- Accurately input and upload data into platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, and Excel.
- Label, categorize, and store documentation for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and alignment across multiple systems.
- Maintain tracking logs and inventories to monitor backlog progress.
- Follow established procedures and quality standards to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies.
- Partner with the Quality team to support document control processes and meet project deadlines.
Required profile
- 1–3+ years of recent experience in data entry, administrative support, or document processing.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
- Proven ability to work effectively in high‑volume, repetitive environments.
- Comfortable learning and navigating ERP or CRM platforms.
- Ability to follow structured processes and maintain organization when handling large data volumes.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formatting, tracking).
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
What we offer
- Hourly rate of $21.00.
