Vice President of Finance

About the role

GAC Enterprises, LLC is looking for an experienced Vice President of Finance to lead all financial operations within a fast‑paced construction and infrastructure environment. The role partners with executive leadership to shape long‑term financial strategy, ensure compliance, and support scalable growth across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for accounting, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, reporting, and risk management.
• Develop and execute the company’s long‑term financial strategy and operational growth plans.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring GAAP compliance.
• Lead company‑wide budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across all departments and projects.
• Direct financial oversight of construction operations, including project accounting, job costing, WIP reporting, labor analysis, equipment utilization and profitability tracking.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, debt management and capital allocation.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify risks, trends, cost‑reduction opportunities and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, project management and department leaders to align financial goals with business objectives.

Required profile

• Highly analytical finance leader with strong experience in construction or project‑based accounting.
• Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and organizational leadership.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving environment and support operational growth.
