Director of Finance

About the role

The Director of Finance provides strategic and operational financial leadership across the organization. This fixed‑term position works closely with executive leadership to align financial strategy with business objectives and ensure sound decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy and support senior leadership in planning and decision‑making.
• Develop, manage, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash‑flow plans.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports, analyses, and dashboards.
• Establish and maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Design, document, and improve financial models, systems, processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with operations, HR, and other teams to support cost management and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and reporting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow expertise.
• Ability to design and enforce internal controls and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• High level of discretion handling confidential information.
