Vice President, Finance Business Partner – Core Payments & Blockchain

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a senior finance leader to act as the primary business partner for its Digital Assets & Blockchain portfolio. The Vice President will guide financial strategy, drive growth initiatives, and ensure seamless integration of new products and transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance business partnering agenda for Core Payments, Blockchain and Digital Currencies, advising product, engineering and business leaders.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning for revenue, expenses, investments, personnel, vendor spend and integration costs.
• Own executive‑level financial performance reporting and analysis, translating business drivers into actionable insights.
• Manage finance integration for strategic transactions, partnerships and new business initiatives, including Day‑1 readiness, post‑close execution, synergy tracking and governance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as corporate finance, legal, compliance, HR, tax, treasury and sourcing to align financial outcomes with corporate strategy.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance executive with strong business judgment and executive presence.
• Extensive experience in finance integration, budgeting and strategic planning within fast‑moving, technology‑focused environments.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive results across complex, multi‑disciplinary projects.
