Vice President, Commercial Partnerships

About the role

RightMove Health is seeking a senior leader to drive growth through payer, employer and strategic ecosystem partnerships. As Vice President of Commercial Partnerships you will translate the company’s AI‑enabled, value‑based musculoskeletal care model into repeatable, scalable commercial agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a commercial growth strategy across health plans, self‑insured employers, TPAs, benefits platforms and consultants.
• Build and manage a high‑quality pipeline, leading complex multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from relationship building to contract signing.
• Structure partnership and pricing models (PMPM, case rate, shared savings, risk‑based) that align buyer economics with RightMove’s value‑based care outcomes.
• Develop buyer‑specific value propositions and ROI models, translating clinical and operational capabilities into commercial narratives.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Network Strategy, Clinical, Product, Finance and Partner Success to ensure deals are operationally feasible and financially sound.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in healthcare business development, enterprise sales, or payer/employer partnerships.
• Proven success selling complex healthcare solutions to health plans, employers, consultants or TPAs.
• Deep understanding of payer/employer economics, claims‑based ROI models and value‑based care arrangements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance or a related field.
