Total Rewards Analyst

About the role

The Total Rewards Analyst will support the People team in delivering fair, competitive, and meaningful compensation and benefits programs. You will focus on accurate data, reliable reporting, and consistent execution across all Total Rewards processes while turning people data into actionable insights for leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual and quarterly compensation review cycles by validating data, running audits, and preparing compensation materials.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using surveys such as AON Hewitt and Willis Towers Watson.
• Maintain job architecture, leveling frameworks, and ensure alignment with FLSA requirements and internal equity.
• Develop and maintain documentation for base pay, bonus, long‑term incentive, sales incentive, and executive compensation plans.
• Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports on turnover, talent management, and employee engagement.
• Standardize reporting templates and data definitions across the People team.
• Create clear, visually compelling presentations and data summaries for employees, managers, and executive leadership.
• Partner with Finance and Talent Acquisition on headcount reporting, forecasting, and compensation budgeting.
• Analyze benefits claims, enrollment, and utilization data and prepare related reports.

Required profile

• Experience in compensation analysis, market benchmarking, and workforce analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to diverse audiences.
