About the role
Diablo Tools, a brand of the Bosch Group, is seeking a Territory Manager for its Pro Channel in the Austin and San Antonio area. The role focuses on driving sales of cutting‑tool and power‑tool accessories to professional users, building market share, and supporting the regional sales strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve 100 % market share within assigned categories, channels and markets.
- Develop and execute sales programs and strategies for key dealers in the territory.
- Collaborate with Regional and Key Market Managers on training, trade‑show coordination and coaching of other Territory Managers.
- Plan monthly, quarterly and annual growth while managing the travel & expenses (T&E) budget.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, order placement and reporting.
Required profile
- 1–8 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Extroverted, highly motivated and results‑driven with a competitive mindset.
- Willingness to learn product knowledge through a hands‑on training program.
- Ability to travel within the Austin and San Antonio region.
