About the role

The Temporary Leasing Professional supports the Woodlyn community by managing marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets. This role ensures a smooth experience for prospective and current residents throughout the leasing cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to address any issues.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.
