About the role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead cross‑functional technical and operational projects that drive business growth, new product launches, manufacturing and packaging innovations, and continuous improvement across the value chain. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality and sustainability standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage delivery of technical projects such as NPD, EPD, packaging roll‑outs and co‑packer transitions from initiation through closure.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, risk registers, change‑control processes and status reports.
- Act as the technical liaison between R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Packaging, Marketing and external partners.
- Ensure all deliverables meet technical, regulatory, quality and brand standards.
- Lead governance meetings, provide dashboards, and escalate issues as needed.
- Manage third‑party co‑packers and suppliers, preparing statements of work and monitoring performance.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, cost‑reduction and sustainability opportunities.
- Support NPD and product commercialization, ensuring technical readiness and successful hand‑over to production.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, lessons learned and technical reports.
- Monitor project budgets, control changes and promote a culture of delivery excellence.
Required profile
- Degree in Engineering, Food Science/Technology, Packaging or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of project‑management experience in food & drink manufacturing or packaging, preferably beverages.
- Proven experience delivering technical projects such as manufacturing line upgrades, packaging roll‑outs and co‑packer transitions.
- Strong cross‑functional communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
- Good understanding of beverage manufacturing, packaging processes, co‑packer environments and food‑safety requirements.
- Results‑oriented, proactive and comfortable with ambiguity.
