Project Manager

About the role

Our Project Manager will lead cross‑functional teams at OLLY to drive the commercialization of new vitamins, minerals and supplement products and optimise the existing portfolio. Reporting to the Project Management Director, you will ensure timely, on‑budget delivery while meeting quality and retailer timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional project teams through product development, operations, creative, marketing and sales to launch products on‑time, on‑budget and on‑strategy.
• Develop integrated project plans that align all work streams and manage schedules.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial and scenario analyses to support launch decisions.
• Present gate reviews to senior leadership and drive go‑forward decisions.
• Manage product changes, scope decisions, budget allocations, transition windows and retailer communications.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners, proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Oversee BOM setup for launches in partnership with the master data manager.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives to scale the launch process and enhance execution speed.
• Contribute to a positive culture at Camp OLLY.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of project management or new‑product innovation experience in a CPG environment.
• Strong team player with a bias for action and creative problem‑solving.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to keep multiple initiatives organized.
• Excellent communication skills, able to summarise complex issues for all organisational levels.
• Calm, organized thinker who performs well under pressure.
