Teamcenter X Functional Consultant

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Teamcenter X Functional Consultant to join its Engineering unit. The role focuses on designing, implementing and supporting PLM solutions for customers across multiple US locations.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to gather and analyse system requirements for performance, security and scalability.
• Provide solution‑architecture recommendations, contribute to technical framework development and support enterprise‑architecture definition.
• Evaluate market technologies and tools, perform comparative analyses and propose optimal architectural options.
• Develop integration strategies and validate proof‑of‑concept implementations.
• Ensure smooth knowledge transfer, quality compliance and support build‑deployment automation.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues during build, deployment and support phases.
• Monitor system performance, identify risks and create architectural artifacts for the knowledge repository.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to design scalable and secure architectures.
• Experience assessing multiple technologies and selecting appropriate solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and knowledge sharing.
