Team Truck Drivers (CDL A) – $140k‑$160k Salary

About the role

R+L Carriers is hiring Class A Team Drivers for its Sanger, TX service center. Drivers will pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers, moving freight between service centers and turn‑point locations. Teams operate on a 5‑day on‑road, 2‑day home schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Pull and operate van trailers up to 53 feet or double trailers.
• Transport freight between service centers and designated turn‑point locations.
• Maintain a weekly schedule of five days on the road and two days at home.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least one year of verifiable Class A experience within the past three years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, no more than three moving violations in the past three years) and age 23 (or 21 with FMCSA military transition).
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test; able to lift, bend, and stoop safely.

Required skills

• CDL Class A certification.
• Haz‑mat endorsement (preferred).
• Experience operating double trailers.
