About the role
R+L Carriers is seeking reliable individuals to join their Sanger, TX service center as Full‑Time Forklift Operators. You will work on a roofed, non‑climate‑controlled dock moving freight safely in and out of trailers up to 53 feet long.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a forklift to load and unload various types of freight from enclosed trailers.
- Handle freight efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Read and follow manifests and computer‑display instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Required profile
- Physical ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
- Dependable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prior forklift experience, preferably in a high‑volume setting.
- Some experience with LTL (Less‑Than‑Truckload) freight is a plus.

What we offer
- Starting pay of $24.32 per hour.
- Full‑time schedule, Monday‑Friday with various shifts.
