About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking Class A team drivers to pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations. Drivers enjoy a schedule of five days on the road and two days home each week, with vacation after 90 days and access to employee resorts.

Key responsibilities

• Pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations.
• Maintain a schedule of 5 days on the road and 2 days home each week.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in past 3 years) and meet age requirements (23 or 21 with FMCSA military transition).
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stoop safely.

Required skills

• CDL Class A certification.
• Hazmat endorsement (preferred).
• Experience with double/triple trailer operation.
• Tanker endorsement (preferred).
