About the role

R+L Carriers is hiring CDL Class A Team Drivers to pull 53‑foot van trailers or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations. Drivers earn $140,000‑$160,000 per year, enjoy weekly home time (5 days on the road, 2 days off) and can use paid time off immediately upon hire.

Key responsibilities

• Operate 53‑foot van trailers or double trailers on scheduled routes between service centers and turn‑point locations.
• Maintain safe equipment operation and comply with all DOT regulations while on the road.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least one year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the past three years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, no more than three moving violations in the past three years) and meet age requirements (23, or 21 with FMCSA military transition).
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stoop without difficulty and demonstrate dependability.

Required skills

• CDL Class A certification.
• Hazmat endorsement (preferred).
• Experience with double‑trailer operation (preferred).
