About the role
R+L Carriers has an immediate need for an Outbound Loader Supervisor at its Otsego, MN Service Center. The role oversees dock and dispatch operations, ensuring efficient handling and timely dispatch of LTL loads.
Key responsibilities
- Manage drivers and freight handlers, coordinating schedules and dock activities.
- Ensure safety compliance and adherence to quality freight‑handling procedures.
- Dispatch LTL loads promptly and handle other duties assigned by the Service Center Manager.
Required profile
- Proven basic leadership experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organizational, communication and logistical abilities with solid problem‑solving skills.
- Knowledge of quality freight handling and familiarity with the local area preferred.
- Prior LTL leadership experience is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- General computer skills.
