Tax Principal – CPA Firm (Remote/Hybrid/Onsite)

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Principal to join a rapidly growing 80‑person CPA firm. The position can be fully remote, hybrid, or onsite, depending on your preference. You will work within the firm’s tax division, either in Private Client Services serving ultra‑high net worth individuals and estate planning, or in the Business Group handling partnership and corporate tax for complex enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file complex individual, estate, partnership, and corporate tax returns.
• Provide tax consulting and advisory services to high‑net‑worth clients and business owners.
• Assist with estate‑planning strategies and compliance.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members.
• Collaborate with partners to allocate work across tax practice areas.

Required profile

• CPA designation or equivalent professional qualification.
• Extensive experience in high‑net‑worth individual tax, estate planning, and/or corporate tax.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional demeanor with excellent client‑service orientation.
