About the role
Revlon is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6‑to‑9‑month assignment. The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the New York office and the remainder remote. You will partner with hiring managers across corporate, commercial, R&D, and supply‑chain functions to attract top talent.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting from job posting to onboarding for a variety of functions.
- Provide hiring managers and HR partners with best‑practice guidance and process support.
- Meet or exceed recruitment KPIs such as speed‑to‑hire and offer acceptance rates.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill positions.
- Act as the primary liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and HR throughout the hiring process.
- Build proactive partnerships with business and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
Required profile
- Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong consultative approach with ability to influence hiring managers.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
