Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will be a key member of the TA team, supporting the full candidate journey across technical and non‑technical roles. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations, you will ensure schedules are coordinated, kick‑offs and debriefs are arranged, and data integrity is maintained in recruiting tools.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules, kickoff meetings and debrief sessions for multiple hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate data across internal recruiting platforms and ensure compliance with process standards.
• Support sourcing and screening activities as needed, assisting recruiters in identifying qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with both technical and non‑technical hiring teams to understand hiring needs.
• Assist with operational projects that improve the efficiency of the talent acquisition function.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or HR.
• Demonstrated ability to work with urgency and align with organizational goals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating schedules and managing data integrity in recruiting tools.

Required skills

• Experience with sourcing and screening candidates.
• Proficiency in using recruiting or applicant tracking systems.
