Strategist, Agent Development (Brazilian Portuguese)

About the role

As an Agent Strategist you own how Sierra’s AI agents come to life for customers, from pilot to production handling thousands of conversations daily. You work at the intersection of product, engineering and customer‑facing teams, translating business goals into high‑performing agents.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle, taking agents from scope through design, tooling, evaluation, launch and continuous iteration.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders, shaping AI strategy that drives business success.
• Partner daily with customer teams, run working sessions, troubleshoot issues and keep builds on track for launch.
• Directly impact product by surfacing unmet needs and feeding them back to research and platform teams.

Required profile

• Customer obsession with strong relationship‑building skills in complex organizations.
• Clear, persuasive communication for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strategic problem‑solving in ambiguous environments with strong analytical abilities.
• Technical aptitude for reading API docs, understanding data models and system architecture.
• Ownership and delivery track record on multiple high‑visibility projects.
• Interest or experience in financial services and related compliance requirements.
