Strategic Finance Manager

About the role

Beast Industries is seeking a Manager of Strategic Finance to lead FP&A processes across all corporate functions. The role will partner with finance, operations and executive leaders to translate company priorities into financial plans and provide actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the FP&A rhythm, including annual planning, forecasting, monthly reviews and long‑range models.
• Partner with business leaders to develop budgets, track performance and analyze revenue and operating cost trends.
• Provide weekly and monthly insights on budget variances, headcount movements and investment scenarios.
• Build and maintain executive‑ready reports, dashboards and planning tools that support real‑time decision making.
• Identify and resolve cross‑functional planning challenges, aligning investment decisions with strategic priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate finance, FP&A or strategic finance roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
• Excellent communication skills to present financial insights to senior leadership.
