Fixed Income Research and Data Analysis Intern

About the role

The Global Fixed Income Team at the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund is seeking a motivated intern to support research and data analysis activities. Working under the Senior Investment Officer Credit, you will contribute to the team’s efforts in managing internal and external fixed‑income portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Research tactical asset‑allocation indicators for fixed income markets.
• Collect and collate macro‑economic and market data, building and maintaining a related database.
• Assist in enhancing workflow tools used for asset allocation decisions.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor portfolio performance.
• Participate in specific investment research projects across fixed‑income sectors.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor’s, master’s or Ph.D. program.
• Field of study closely related to finance, economics, or investment management.
• Available for a 2‑6 month internship, full‑time or part‑time.
