Staff Attorney

About the role

Igxtelle Law Group PLLC is seeking a Staff Attorney to join its remote team. The attorney will provide legal advice and representation across the firm’s practice areas, primarily focusing on personal injury matters.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, pleadings, and motions.
• Develop case strategies and prepare settlement negotiations under senior supervision.
• Participate in mediation, negotiate settlements, and advocate for clients.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and guidance.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret statutes, case law, and regulations.
• Experience or coursework in U.S. personal injury law.
• Ability to manage multiple matters, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
