Southeast Key Account Manager – Retail & C‑Store

About the role

The Southeast Key Account Manager will lead the development and growth of strategic retail and convenience‑store relationships for Cyril’s Foods. You will focus on expanding distribution, increasing shelf presence, and executing promotions across regional and national accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail, C‑store, distributor, and broker partners.
• Prospect, secure, and grow new accounts while expanding product placement and distribution.
• Collaborate with distributors on pricing, promotions, and trade programs.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and trade spend with retail partners.
• Conduct store visits, audits, and market checks to ensure execution standards.
• Provide product training and presentations to partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and account plans.
• Partner with marketing and product development to share market insights.
• Represent the company at trade shows, retail meetings, and company events.

Required profile

• College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in retail, C‑store, CPG, or food distribution.
• Proven ability to manage large, multi‑location retail accounts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Strategic thinker with analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Gmail.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
