Sourcing and Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator ensures efficient planning, execution and control of all logistics operations supporting CONCACAF football competitions and events. The role manages material flow, shipping, inventory, 3PL coordination and sourcing of goods to guarantee timely, cost‑effective delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary logistics contact for competitions, development and commercial events, participating in planning meetings and supporting operational needs.
• Coordinate with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers to fulfill material shipments, optimise delivery schedules and consolidate shipments.
• Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records, oversee stock levels, rotation and utilisation.
• Monitor 3PL compliance, review reports, track KPIs and process third‑party invoices.
• Source and procure goods for orders below $20,000 in line with organisational policies and ensure timely delivery to 3PL.
• Provide on‑site logistics support for Tier 1 competitions as required.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Associate degree in logistics, supply chain management, business management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
• Strong knowledge of shipping, inventory control and 3PL coordination.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
