About the role

The Warehouse Associate (Production/Labeling) is responsible for labeling, packaging and preparing goods for shipment. Working closely with the warehouse team, the associate ensures inventory accuracy and supports overall warehouse efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Apply accurate labels to products and packaging according to company specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare items for shipment, including sorting, inspection and packing.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.
• Report any discrepancies, damaged goods or quality issues to the Warehouse Operations Manager.
• Conduct quality checks on labeled and packed products to maintain consistency.
• Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including exposure to cold temperatures.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to report problems and follow safety procedures.
