Solution Consultant - Safety

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Solution Consultant focused on Safety to act as the bridge between complex pharmacovigilance challenges and the Vault Safety cloud platform. You will advise leading life‑sciences companies, helping them transition from fragmented legacy systems to a unified, cloud‑based solution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyze specific pharmacovigilance business challenges and demonstrate how Vault Safety streamlines end‑to‑end processes.
• Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the tangible value of the Vault Safety platform.
• Collaborate with Account Partners, Strategists, and cross‑functional teams to ensure customer success and drive adoption.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with safety and pharmacovigilance stakeholders across North America.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in the life‑sciences industry.
• Deep familiarity with pharmacovigilance lifecycles, including case processing, PSMF, PVAs, RMPs, and safety signal management.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills with a team‑first attitude.
• Willingness to travel up to 20 % of the time, primarily within North America.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with the Vault Safety platform.
• Understanding of cloud/SaaS technologies.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts applied to safety data.
