About the role

Mastercard is looking for an early‑career Software Engineer II to join its Decision Management Program. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable software components that power global payment decisions.

Key responsibilities

Provide foundational exposure to secure, scalable service development and encryption technologies.
Collaborate within Agile delivery teams to deliver high‑quality, reliable, security‑critical software.
Contribute to the design, development, testing, and implementation of software solutions.
Develop and maintain application code in line with Mastercard’s engineering, quality, and security standards.

Required profile

Early‑career or entry‑level professional with a strong foundation in software development fundamentals.
Eager to grow technical skills while delivering value to real‑world systems.
Ability to work effectively under guidance from senior engineers.
