Senior Project Manager

About the role

Global Payments is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale, complex initiatives from initiation through delivery. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while acting as the primary liaison across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and execute operational plans for assigned projects.
• Monitor progress, performance, and budget, escalating issues as needed.
• Facilitate requirement analysis, cost estimation, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including Software Development, Information Security, IT, Customer Service, and Training.
• Conduct regular project meetings and produce status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedule, and cost, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing medium to large projects within a single or multiple business segments.
• Strong ability to work with internal functional areas and external partners.
• Experience handling simple to moderately complex customizations of standard processes.
• Effective conflict resolution and stakeholder negotiation skills.
