Software Engineer – Developer Experience

About the role

We are looking for a Developer Experience Engineer to own the software delivery lifecycle on our Core Platform team. You will design and operate the build, CI/CD, and provisioning systems that enable both engineers and autonomous agents to ship code securely and quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Build an agent development experience that streamlines the flow from idea to production, allowing agents to build, deploy, test, and verify code autonomously.
• Create a self‑hosted software builder as a secure alternative to GitHub Actions Runner that satisfies our compliance requirements.
• Adopt and operate a solution for secure infrastructure provisioning.

Required profile

• Deep experience with CI/CD and build systems such as GitHub Actions, Harness, and Spacelift.
• Strong infrastructure‑as‑code expertise with Terraform.
• Comfort working in an agent‑forward environment using Claude Code and Codex.
• 2‑4 years at an AI startup combined with 2‑4 years at a high‑growth technology company.
