Software Developer – BOAT Application (Unqork)

About the role

i360technologies is seeking two motivated Software Developers to join an Agile team delivering a Proof of Concept for the Crash Causal Factors Program. You will build and configure the user‑facing layer of a FedRAMP‑authorized AWS GovCloud Unqork environment, delivering dynamic forms, workflows, dashboards, and automated testing.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, validate, and support the client‑provided BOAT development environment.
• Coordinate Unqork tenant setup, network connectivity, certificates, and user access with client IT teams.
• Integrate source control and government‑managed CI/CD pipelines; establish automated testing frameworks.
• Develop dynamic Unqork forms, case‑management workflows, and metadata‑driven user interfaces.
• Implement incident intake forms, record locator generation, analyst work queues, and document upload interfaces with virus scanning and IDP (OCR) capabilities.
• Create persona‑based dashboards, reports, and analytics.
• Design, develop, and maintain unit, functional, and regression test suites; execute testing in the CI/CD pipeline and document results in JIRA.
• Support UAT, defect triage, remediation, and release readiness.
• Participate in all Agile ceremonies and maintain accurate JIRA stories and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of software development experience on federal or enterprise applications.
• Hands‑on experience with Unqork modules, workflows, dynamic forms, and RBAC/ABAC controls.
• Unqork Developer or Professional Configurator Certification (required).
• Experience with low‑code, metadata‑driven application development.
