Specialist, Product Management – US Maestro Network Products

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Specialist in Product Management to support the US Maestro network products. The role will help develop, analyze, and roll out enhancements that improve transaction processing, routing, and merchant acceptance across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and enhancement of US Maestro capabilities, including transaction processing, routing, and acceptance features.
• Analyze product and network performance metrics such as transaction volumes, approval rates, and processing trends to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
• Participate in product lifecycle activities, including requirements documentation, testing, pilot support, and implementation.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and regional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Assist in expanding US Maestro acceptance across merchants, acquirers, and issuers.
• Help onboard and roll out new product capabilities and enhancements.
• Conduct impact assessments to evaluate changes on network services and customer experience.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, reporting dashboards, and leadership insights.
• Support go‑to‑market enablement, preparing materials and coordinating stakeholders.
• Contribute to cross‑functional initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and transaction performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in payments, product management, technology, or operations.
