Site Operations Manager – E‑commerce Fulfillment

About the role

TikTok Shop’s Supply Chain & Logistics team is seeking a Site Operations Manager to lead end‑to‑end e‑commerce fulfillment at a fulfillment node. You will ensure a safe, productive environment while driving operational excellence across inbound, pick, pack and outbound processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle fulfillment operations, including inbound, pick, pack and outbound activities.
• Own and deliver regional operational KPIs and cost targets covering safety, productivity, quality and financial performance.
• Provide strategic and long‑term planning inputs, especially for peak‑season demand.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Champion network‑wide projects, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and third‑party service providers.
• Set objectives and metrics for safety, quality, productivity and customer experience.
• Define clear goals for team members, monitor performance and give feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years managing third‑party logistics providers or vendors.
• Strong project‑management and continuous‑improvement capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience with inbound, outbound or quality operations and a solid grasp of related metrics.
• Proven track record in operations management, problem solving, capacity planning and cost control.
