About the role
The Site Manager II leads a dedicated sanitation team within a food‑processing plant, ensuring rigorous cleanliness and hygiene standards that protect product quality and consumer safety. This position is central to maintaining operational excellence and delivering industry‑leading sanitation practices.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the daily work of the sanitation crew.
- Plan, develop, and implement operational strategies to meet performance, safety, timeliness, and budget goals.
- Manage site expenditures, labor, supplies, and chemicals to stay within approved budgets and meet P&L targets.
- Bill customers accurately for services rendered.
- Evaluate sanitation processes, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and document recommendations with quantified impacts.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing sanitation operations in a food‑processing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a crew.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
