About the role

Join Bosch Charleston for a Fall 2026 Manufacturing Operations Co‑Op where you will gain hands‑on experience in a real production environment. Working alongside the Manufacturing Operations Group Leader, you will support day‑to‑day operations, contribute to continuous‑improvement projects, and help ensure product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing, testing, and implementing new manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate shift handover meetings and maintain operational standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and product performance.
• Develop and update 6S improvements on the shop floor.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation for project updates.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 2.5.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving mindset.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
