About the role
We are looking for a Service Technician to join our team at the Lowry property in Novi. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep the building, grounds, amenities and common areas safe, clean and functional.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks across the property to reduce future breakdowns.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists and coordinating vendors or contractors.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure all tasks meet Greystar’s quality standards.
Required profile
- Ability to perform a variety of technical and mechanical tasks safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
- Willingness to work onsite at the Denver location and respond to resident needs promptly.
