Service Technician – Lakeview Towers

About the role

The Service Technician ensures that the physical aspects of Lakeview Towers – from building systems to common areas – meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position supports residents by addressing service requests and performing preventative maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and amenities to minimize downtime.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating necessary repairs before new move‑ins.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work, parts used, and time spent on each task.
• Collaborate with the property management team to prioritize tasks and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed work orders.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, lift equipment, and work in various building environments.
